Return Policy


FrayOptics Eyewear may be retunred or exchanged within 14 days from delivery date. Items must be in their original condition with all items intact, damaged eyewear will not be accepted.


NOTE: All sales are FINAL, including prescription eyewear. Returns will not be granted.


Warranty Policy


Warranty Policy - Exclusions:

Our warranty does not cover the following:

  1. Misuse, negligence, or accidents.
  2. Unauthorized modifications or alterations.
  3. Third-party products/services.
  4. Natural wear and tear.
  5. Force majeure events.
  6. Failure to follow instructions.
  7. Products/services sold "as-is."
